Section 1

Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "gb445" / "the Platform" means the online betting and casino service operated at gb445.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and technical infrastructure.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on gb445 or accesses the platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player following successful completion of the gb445 registration process.
• "Wallet" / "Player Balance" means the funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other gambling product offered through gb445.
• "Bonus Funds " means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by gb445 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own personal payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, or card) and held in the Player's Account balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process gb445 requires all Players to complete before withdrawals are processed.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used by gb445 for all operational, promotional, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Section 2

Eligibility

Access to and use of gb445 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout the period of a Player's registration:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account. gb445 operates a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly permit any individual under 21 years of age to register, deposit, or place bets on the platform. gb445 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where satisfactory proof cannot be provided.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online betting and casino services is lawful in your jurisdiction. gb445 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular territory. Players access gb445 voluntarily and at their own risk with respect to applicable local laws.
• Single Account: Each Player may hold only one registered Account on gb445. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or shared device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
• Personal Use: Accounts on gb445 are for the personal use of the registered Player only. Account sharing, account transfer, and use of an Account on behalf of a third party are all prohibited.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any legal prohibition on gambling must not register or use gb445.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino products on gb445, you must complete the full registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. gb445 is not responsible for any consequences arising from false or inaccurate information provided at registration.
• gb445 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration or at any point during the Account's lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period of a request being made may result in Account suspension.
• Your Account username and login credentials are personal to you. You must not disclose your gb445 login password to any third party and must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.
• gb445 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
• Upon successful registration, gb445 may send a verification communication to the email address or mobile number provided. Completion of this verification step may be required before full Account functionality is enabled.

Section 4

Account Security

The security of your gb445 Account is a shared responsibility between you and gb445. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gb445 login credentials. You must use a strong, unique password for your gb445 Account and must not reuse passwords from other online services.
• gb445 will never contact you via email, telephone, or any messaging platform to request your full password. Any communication purporting to be from gb445 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• You must notify gb445 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or that your login credentials have been compromised. gb445 may temporarily suspend your Account while an investigation is conducted.
• gb445 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications to protect data transmitted between your device and the gb445 servers. Two-step verification is available for all Accounts and is strongly recommended for enhanced Account protection.
• gb445 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, unless such loss is attributable to a security failure on the part of gb445 itself.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gb445 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the gb445 platform:

Deposits:

• gb445 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment provider limits may apply.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to your Account balance in real time under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–4 hours to reflect.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.
• gb445 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are only available to verified Accounts. Pending KYC verification will cause withdrawal requests to be held until verification is complete.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are met will result in those funds being removed from the Account balance.
• gb445 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal amounts.
• gb445 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions pending investigation.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

gb445 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are specified in the promotional terms for each offer. gb445 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the relevant promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms. Progressive jackpot games contribute 0% toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining in your Account after the expiry date will be forfeited. Expiry periods are specified in each promotion's terms.
• gb445 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. gb445 also reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts that were credited in error.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or any form of collusion — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, Account suspension, and may result in permanent Account closure.

Section 7

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets and other event-based wagers placed through gb445:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. gb445 is not responsible for any technical errors that result in incorrect odds being displayed, and reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• gb445 reserves the right to limit, decline, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after the event has commenced, bets that appear to exploit pricing errors, or bets that form part of a pattern of arbitrage activity.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and resumption at any point during an event. bets placed during a market suspension may be voided. gb445 is not liable for any inability to place bets during live market suspensions.
• In the event of an abandoned or postponed sporting event, gb445's default settlement rule is to void all outstanding bets on that event and return stakes to Player Accounts, unless specific sport or market rules published on the platform specify otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event type, and account tier. Maximum payout limits also apply; the maximum single-event payout from a gb445 sports bet is ৳5,000,000 (five million Taka) unless otherwise specified.
• Settlement of bets will be based on official results published by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) within the timeframe specified in the market rules. gb445 is not bound by results published by unofficial sources.

Section 8

Casino Game Rules

The following rules apply to all casino games available through gb445, including slots, live dealer tables, table games, crash games, and all other RNG-based products:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology embedded within the game software provided by gb445's licensed third-party game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. gb445 does not interfere with, adjust, or override any game outcome.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slots and RNG casino games are as certified by the respective game studio and are available within the game information panel for each title. gb445 does not modify published RTP settings.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a casino game round, gb445's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will either resume from that state or, where the game cannot be resumed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Malfunction of game software voids all pays and plays. gb445 will investigate all reported malfunctions and resolve them in accordance with the published resolution policy of the relevant game studio.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within the game interface before play commences. Live dealer table minimum bets start from ৳50. Slot minimum bets start from ৳10 per spin.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

gb445 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming behaviour among all its Players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions and are enforceable as such:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via the Account dashboard following gb445 login. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits on their Account. Once a loss limit is reached, no further bets or casino game rounds may be placed until the relevant period resets or until the Player modifies the limit in accordance with the cooling-off rules above.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed. These alerts are intended to encourage regular breaks and mindful engagement with the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will be paused. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Permanent Closure: Players who wish to permanently close their gb445 Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Permanent closure is irreversible.

Section 10

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gb445 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games on your behalf.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events offered on the gb445 sportsbook.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, pricing errors, or any other technical faults to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using gb445 to process the proceeds of crime or to disguise the origins of funds.
• Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes through collusion.
• Attempting to access the gb445 platform or any Player Account through unauthorised means, including hacking, phishing, or credential stuffing.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gb445 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content available on the gb445 platform — including but not limited to the gb445 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of gb445 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gb445 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any gb445 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on gb445 content.
• Scraping, indexing, or data-mining the gb445 platform or its underlying data.
• Using the gb445 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written consent from gb445.

Any unauthorised use of gb445 intellectual property may result in legal action. gb445 actively monitors for and enforces its intellectual property rights.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gb445 shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following categories of loss or damage:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the gb445 platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures attributable to factors outside gb445's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, power failures, force majeure events, or third-party software failures.
• Losses arising from a Player's own failure to maintain Account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where such access was enabled by the Player's negligence.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the gb445 platform that was the result of a technical error, including incorrect odds, incorrect game statistics, or incorrect Account balance displays subsequently corrected by gb445.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits gb445's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

gb445 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to all material amendments:

• Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully alter Player rights or obligations — gb445 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered address of all active Player Accounts before the amended terms take effect.
• Continued use of the gb445 platform after amended Terms & Conditions have taken effect constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms.
• Players who do not accept revised Terms & Conditions may request Account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the amendment. Any outstanding Real Money balance will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method.
• The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is stated at the top of this document and in the page header. Players are encouraged to check this page periodically for updates.

Section 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the gb445 platform shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of international online commerce law, with particular reference to the laws applicable to the Player's jurisdiction of residence with respect to their individual obligations and rights.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and gb445, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: The Player must first submit a written complaint to gb445 via email at [email protected], describing the nature of the dispute in reasonable detail. gb445 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days (BST, UTC+6).
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with gb445's response to their complaint, they may request an escalated review by a senior member of the gb445 operations team. Escalated reviews are completed within 10 business days of the escalation request.
• Step 3 — Independent Review: If the dispute remains unresolved after the escalation process, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

Players agree not to initiate any legal proceedings against gb445 without first completing the full internal dispute resolution process described above.
